Yoga For Climbers-Sundays in January (more classes to be added soon)

Yoga for Climbers class combines invigorating and vitalizing yoga poses to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and mind-body awareness. The breath is harnessed and connected to movements as a tool to improve focus during yoga, climbing and other activities. We will finish class with gentle, deep holds to release tension and lengthen muscles. This class is created for and by a climber who is also a yoga teacher.
