who it’s for
This class is for you if:
You drew that special tag, or you’re prepping for a late season race or mountain adventure
You want to move well, feel strong, and build endurance—in the gym and out on the trail
You’re already active but want structured, seasonal cross-training
You’re motivated by goals, fresh air, and a great group to keep you accountable
We specifically include hunters here, because they’ve got a clear seasonal goal (and we don’t know anyone else offering a class built for that). But, Mountain Fitness is designed to be inclusive, approachable, and effective for anyone with a fall objective, no matter what moves you.
what you’ll gain
Beyond professional instruction, structured time in the gym and out, you should also look forward to:
Total-body strength and trail-ready mobility
Conditioning that supports real-world performance
Improved recovery, injury prevention, and mental grit
A season of support and structure with expert-led programming
