From birthday parties to school groups, team celebrations, scouts, and private events, Stonetree is the perfect place to climb, connect, and celebrate. Our group experiences are designed for all skill levels and led by experienced staff, making it easy for everyone to join the adventure.

Birthday parties

Stonetree is a great place for your youth to enjoy their special day. Filled with structure, fun challenges and a welcoming environment, this is the only way to experience indoor rock climbing with friends and family in the Helena area. Interested? DETAILS

• 1.5 hour usage of the kitchen and limited use of the bouldering gym

• Designated staff member to assist party host and children climbing

• Use of kitchen includes chairs, tables, freezer and fridge

• Return guest pass for party host

Pricing

• Up to 10 climbers - $175

• 11 to 15 climbers - $205

• 16 to 20 climbers - $235

• 20+ climbers? - Please contact us to set up a large group rate.

• A $40 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. We understand that the number of participants may change from time of booking so the remainder of party balance is due at the end of the party.

• Saturdays- 12:30-2:00PM

• Sundays- 12:30 - 2:00PM

*For best availability we recommend reserving 3-4 weeks before the date of your event, check the calendar for availability. Parties at Stonetree are recommended for kids turning 5 and older.

A signed waiver is required for everyone to enter the climbing area. A parent or guardian must sign for children who are under 18 prior to drop off for parties or groups.

Homeschool Groups

Looking for a fun, active way to add climbing into your homeschool week? Join us every Friday from 1:00-3:00PM (September through May) for a dedicated climbing time just for homeschool families. It’s the perfect chance for kids to move, problem-solve, and connect with others in the community.

A signed waiver is required for everyone entering the climbing area. Parents or guardians must complete a waiver for children under 18 + one for themselves if they will be on the climbing pads.

Special Groups

Are you looking to bring your group the joy of indoor climbing? Stonetree is the best place in Helena to host an active group, whether you’re planning a team celebration, or corporate gathering. If you want a unique group experience built around movement, problem-solving, and fun, we’ve got you covered.

DETAILS

• 2 hours of limited use of the bouldering gym

• Price includes climbing shoes

• Designated introduction to facility rules, bouldering etiquette and general climbing techniques

• Discounts available if your group is looking to book multiple events

• Staff can be made available if your group is looking for climbing instruction or more from your experience at Stonetree. Please inquire for availability and pricing.

Pricing

• $40 deposit required

• $88 for a minimum of 8 climbers. For groups of less than 8 climbers, please refer to our day pass rates.

• $11 per additional climber up to 20. For groups over 20, please contact us for special pricing and availability.

• There is a maximum of 2 hours of climbing for all special groups.

• Youth groups are required to have adult supervision with an adult to child ratio of 1 to 5.

Please inquire below and we will get your group scheduled as soon as possible.

Special priority is given to those groups who are booking 4-6 weeks ahead of their event, and who are utilizing the gym between 9am and 3pm on weekdays. Special groups can be adults, youth, or a mixture of ages.
