Stonetree Climbing center Waiver and Orientation
Waivers need to be filled out annually. You will be notified by email when your waiver is expiring.
If you have any questions, please ask our front desk staff. All climbers and guardians of climbers must watch the video below before participating in any activity at our gym. To verify that you have watched the video and understand rules, expectations, and inherent risks, we ask that you complete our Waiver and New Climber Orientation Form.
STONETREE CLIMBING CENTER RULES
Everyone must check-in at the beginning of each visit. If you have not checked-in, you do not have permission to use Stonetree facilities. For new climbers, our staff will provide a brief orientation to the gym and how to climb safely when you arrive.
WARNING: Climbing and bouldering are inherently dangerous activities and contain risks that may result in serious injury or even death.
Stonetree CLimbing Center Cancellation Policy
Thank you for understanding and please reach out if you have any questions.
1) All booking deposits are non-refundable.
2) Cancellations that take place 2 weeks before your scheduled booking will receive a refund in full.
3) Cancellations that occur with less than 2 weeks notice and up to 24 hours notice before your booking will receive a 50% refund.
4) Cancellations that occur less than 24hrs from the start of the booking or event will not receive a refund.
5) Stonetree holds the right to cancel any programming that does not meet our minimum number of participants before an event. If we are required to cancel, we will do our best to accommodate those customers, or refunds will be paid in full, including deposits.
6) If Stonetree Climbing Center is able to fill the vacated spot or booking, a refund will be issued in full.
7) This cancellation policy is firm and may only be waived for special circumstances.
