Monthly Membership options

EFT

Want to make it official? This is our most committed and cost-effective option. EFT automatically transfers payment from your bank account each month. It comes with a small start-up fee, but great perks and serious savings.

Credit card

Prefer to pay by card? No problem—you can use the same monthly recurring method with your credit card. Please note that this membership includes both a start-up fee and a slightly higher monthly price than EFT, as reflected in our prepaid rates.

Not ready to commit? Pay month-to-month with cash, check, or credit card—no strings attached. You’ll get a reminder when your 30 days are almost up, and after 3 months, you’ll have the option to switch to EFT and keep your momentum going.

Membership Changes or Questions?

Do you need to update your membership? You can change your contact information, payment information, freeze or unfreeze your account, or terminate your membership by using the button below. Please note that all membership changes must be received by the 1st of the month, and must be done electronically through the button below.
